Katy Perry’s Strapless Red Velvet Dress

Katy Perry wore a red Dolce & Gabbana Strapless Velvet Dress at the premiere of her new film “Katy Perry: Part Of Me” at Grauman’s Chinese Theatre (June 26, 2012). The intense-red velvet dress features a sweetheart neckline, pleated bodice, underwired, boned, a ruched waist, a stiffened black net skirt underlay, full lining, and a concealed zip and snap fastenings along the back.

I heart this dress. It’s dramatic, romantic and gorgeous. It’s such a shame that Katy had that horrible purple hair when she wore it. She’s so pretty and she would have looked infinitely better if she had her usual dark locks.

While I think this dress would be perfect for any fancy occasion, I think this would make the most incredible holiday dress. I desperately want to try it on.
