Elle Macpherson wore a Theory Palonia Fringe Dress at Macy’s celebrates NBC’s new Primetime series “Fashion Star” held at Macy’s Herald Square in New York City (March 14, 2012). The black silk features a square-neck, adjustable spaghetti straps, draped fringe, and a gathered elastic waist.

It’s a great lbd, but I’m not thrilled about how it’s styled.The accessories seem a bit too busy for a fringe dress. And I’m not lovin’ the big belt. Not even a little bit.

Are you watching “Fashion Star”? I have to confess that I quickly got bored with the show. I’ve only seen two epis. I really wanted to like it, but the show feels choppy and I don’t feel invested in the contestants.

Elle Macpherson wore Stella McCartney Boot Cut Jeans and carried this Mulberry Mulberry Tillie Shoulder Bag while dropping her kids off at school (April 27, 2011). She looks incredibly chic. Her bag is available in a couple of colors; I’m fond of the blush and denim ones.
